PAYMENT

payment is done in the currency of the webshop, namely euro. you can pay for your order with creditcard, ideal or paypal. payments to eva the label are safely conducted through the mollie payment system.

your parcels will be handled through the carrier service DPD. please note that DPD does utilize local partners in some markets outside the netherlands.

for deliveries in countries where DPD does not deliver, please contact us.
we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO at this time.

delivery time

orders from the netherlands will be delivered within 2-3 working days. once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code that allows you to follow your parcel until arrival.
expected shipment time within europe is 2-6 working days, depending on country & postal code. once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code that allows you to follow your parcel until it has arrived.

cancellations

as soon as an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. orders can be returned according to our return policy.

exchanges

if the color or the size of the article does not meet your expectations, then you may exchange your order, or certain products within the order.
you must fill in the return form and send an email to shop@caronfitzpatrick.nl that contains:
-your intention to return the specific article from your order;
– the specific product(s) that you wish to return;
– inform us of the article that you wish to receive in exchange.
– and the order number associated with the order.

at this time, you can also inform us of the article that you wish to receive in exchange. you can then post the envelope, or the package with the article you wish to exchange, back to eva the label.
you are responsible for the postage costs of the returned article.
we hold the right not to accept returned packages and envelopes where the postage costs have not been completely paid for.

returns

we strive to deliver the best possible products. if, however, you are unsatisfied with your order (or certain products within an order), then you can return it within 14 days of receiving the order.
you must fill in the return form and send an email to shop@caronfitzpatrick.nl that contains:
– your intention to return the specific article from your order;
– the specific product(s) that you wish to return;
– and the order number associated with the order.

PLEASE NOTE: all sales on reduced items are final, strictly no refund or exchanges on sale items.

once we have received your email informing us of your intention to return articles from your order, and we have received the returned merchandise, we will send you a confirmation email. once we have established that the returned merchandise has been received in good condition, we will reimburse you for it (excluding the postage costs) into your bank account within 5 working days.
please inform us the reason for the return so that we can continue to improve our merchandise and our service at shop@caronfitzpatrick.nl.
